Hello and Welcome! Whether you participated in the Yes You Can! Yoga challenge or not. You can purchase the videos from the challenge to download and keep. You'll have access to these videos and can follow them on any device, anytime, anywhere even without an internet connection.
There are three videos in total that you can download and keep forever when you purchase them here. All videos include sequences of poses that benefit the body, mind and soul. Important Note: Everybody is different. Do not force poses or strain yourself. Overexertion will prevent you from sustaining a practice. Some days we'll feel stronger or more flexible and other days we need to take it easy. Find the middle path where you can exert yourself yet relax into a pose. I cannot stress enough that you are responsible for your own well being. I can assist and guide you but since we are practicing online you will have to monitor and know your own physical limitations.
